How is your coaching different from other sales coaches?

How long does coaching last?
Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months.

We meet twice a month for 60 minutes over Zoom.
Between sessions, you have unlimited text and email access to me for questions, wins, or when you’re stuck.

What if I’m already working with another coach or in a sales training program?
That’s fine.
Most sales training programs focus on tactics – discovery frameworks, objection handling, closing techniques. Those are valuable.
What I do is different. I focus on the foundation underneath the tactics.
Think of it this way:
- Sales training = what to do and how to do it
- My coaching = who you need to become to execute consistently
You can do both.
In fact, some of my clients are in corporate sales training programs and use our coaching to apply the tactics with the right mindset and discipline.
Do you offer group coaching or just 1:1?
Right now, I only offer 1:1 coaching.
Group coaching can be valuable, but I’ve found that real transformation happens in the 1:1 work – especially when we’re addressing mindset, identity, and personal challenges.
